Helping with the laundry ~ 12-5-09

Cameron loves helping Mommy with the laundry now. Michael sat outside of Sear's ALL night Thanksgiving night to score a door buster of a washer and dryer. We had driven by Sear's the night before on our way home. Outside the door to Sear's was a family who Michael later found out had been outside since 4:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, because they didn't have a washer and dryer and REALLY needed a set. It was quite a frigid evening and night for that. When we drove by Michael mentioned that he could go home, get a lawn chair, and go back to wait for Sear's to open. I told him, "absolutely not." Well, when did he ever listen to me. We got home, put Cameron to bed, and I told him I was crashing. He said, "I'll be in shortly." Well, let's just say "shortly" turned into 6 hours and I knew he was home when his very COLD feet made their way into the bed. He scored the 3rd set out of the 4 which were at the store. In the ad, it was nice for them to tell us that there would be a MAX of 4 at the store. We had a week long ordeal getting it hooked up, but FINALLY we had a fully working washer and dryer! We've been wanting a front loading set since we moved in and thankfully we stumbled upon the opportunity.
