Barbara's Goal
After breastfeeding Braydon for over a year, my weight was almost down to pre-Braydon. But even after being careful my weight creeped back up to an uncomfortable level.
5/29/12 122 lbs.
6/3/12 120.8 lbs.
6/18/12 120.2 lbs.
6/25 122 lbs.
No real progress this summer. Crazy school schedule left no time for anything! Hoping to gear up with school.
July => Bought a treadmill
I've decided that my weight loss goal will be 10 lbs in 2013. So, here goes...
1/1 Decided to get on treadmill (TM) at least 3 hours per week. Might get tough when school starts back, but gonna give it a go!
1/1 118.6 lbs
1/6 Wk 1 = 3 hrs 50 min.
1/7 118.8 Back to work...back on an eating schedule!
1/13 Wk 2 = 3 hrs
1/18 115.2 lbs!!!
1/20 Wk 3 = 4.5 hrs
1/21 115.6 lbs
Wk 4 = 3 hrs 25 min tm & 85 min bike rides
1/28 115.0 lbs!
1/30 114.2!!!
Wk 5 = 3 hrs tm & 1 hr of bike rides
2/4 115.2 lbs - compliments of the Super Bowl party!
2/4 45 min tm - rainy day for bike ride
2/5 114.0 lbs !!!
2/5 20 min tm - cold day
2/6 30 min tm - rainy day
2/7 25 min bike ride
2/8 went on road trip so couldn't get on tm

Another milk-lover like his cousin Stephanie! (Although, for now, we drink completely different kinds of milk! Haha).
Too funny. This one is a chunk from wanting so much milk. I wanted to wait until 6 months for food, but at this rate I might have to start foods so I can stop having to make so much milk!
