Tomorrow starts another year of school for Cameron. Last year he went to school in the morning and daycare in the afternoon. This year he will go to daycare in the morning and school in the afternoon, which means NO NAP. We are a little concerned about no naps but Cameron has to get prepared for kindergarten next year when he will not have nap time. He still have his wonderful teacher, Mrs. S and some great aides that assist in his class.
Here Cameron is showing off his backpack and shiner he got on the first day of daycare by diving face first into the windowsill.
I hope this is no indication of his craziness at school!

No nap time in Kindergarten? I definitely remember my elementary school giving nap time to the Kindergarteners, and I even remember my "sleeping bag", which was essentially a roll-out floral printed pad with a puffy end for a pillow that I could roll up and velcro back together when it was time to wake up. I'm pretty sure nap time was also very boring for me back then too, because I distinctly remember chewing on my hair during that hour! Haha!
Yep, with the craziness that the school system has become since we were in school time is of the essence and NO NAP!
It really stinks. I remember nap time and hated it too, maybe that's why they are doing away with it. They can put some more productive activities in its place!
