So after picking blueberries on Braydon's birthday and going back with Michael a few days ago, we planned to cook up some Blueberry jam and jelly. I received some items in the mail through House Party with items we would need for canning. I watched oogles of time my grandmother can tons of jars when growing up. I had NO idea I'd be canning, EVER!
Fortunately, my friend Christy, Mrs. Betty Crocker, has experience in canning, among many other things in the kitchen.

| First time for zesting a lemon!!!! |

| We ended up with 30 jars of jelly/jam. I can't wait to give them away as gifts! |
Have you canned anything? Leave me a message so I can get an idea of what might be good to can next!

We have canned homemade salsa and it was so good! Much better than store bought.
